I just placed an order. How long does it take to ship?

Most orders are shipped within two business days from the date of receipt (inventory permitting). NOTE: Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.

I created an account and need to change my account information?

To edit your Lazy Dog Cookie Co Inc account information click on the “Login” link in the top left corner of the page. Enter your username and password and click the "Sign In" button. By default you will be redirected to your account page. Any editable profile information will be available for you to change. After you edit the necessary fields, click the "Save" button.

What if I forgot my user name and/or password?

If you forgot your password click on “Login” and under returning customers you can click on "forgot password" to have your password emailed to you. Your user name is the email address that you used to register your account. If you have forgotten your email, you must create a new account.

Yes, we offer ground shipping to PO Boxes.

I've placed an order. How do I track my order?

To track an order you've placed online, log in to your account and click on "my orders". There you can track past shipments as well as check on status of future orders you have placed.
